When Troy's Barbeque opened their second location in Boca Raton, they not only wanted people through the door, they wanted returning customers. After consulting with Current Media, they decided on a unique strategy that involved three offers. 

First a new customer would obtain a free dinner card. Once they handed it over, an employee would give them a free sandwich, and then again with a free beer. This encouraged the new customer to return at least three times. After that they should be in love with the food, atmosphere, and staff.
